THE BABE CAVE Policies


BOOKINGS. The Babe Cave and its resident beauty artists each offer their own online booking. Visit The Team page to book your service with your preferred artist. For group bookings, please Contact Us by phone, text or email.

We require a full name, email and phone number for our bookings. First time clients and services that are more than $50 require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. You will be sent an invoice via email, and deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking, or the appointment will be cancelled.

As a courtesy, we send confirmation and reminder emails for your appointment. Same day bookings are automatically confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24-hours notice by call or text to 204-930-4524. Same-day cancellations (within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment) and "*No Shows", will be subject to 50% of your service.

If we took a deposit to secure your appointment, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

*No-show cancellations = not showing up for your appointment or coming more than 15 minutes late.

NEW CLIENTS. Please fill out our ONLINE CLIENT REGISTRATION (found on the top of the page) prior to your first visit.

GROUPON VOUCHER HOLDERS. Appointment required. Book by phone call or text to 204-930-4524, by email to hello@thebabecaveywg.ca or through our booking site. Voucher (barcode) number must be provided at time of booking; this IS your deposit to secure your appointment. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Limit 1 per customer. Additional 1 may be gifted. The promotional offer and value becomes VOID and NON-REFUNDABLE in the case of same-day and/or "no-show" cancellations.

EXPIRED GROUPON HOLDERS. The dollar value DOES NOT EXPIRE, and may be used towards a regular priced service. Cancellation policy applies. The dollar value of your expired Groupon becomes your deposit to secure your appointment.

eGIFT CARDS. Redeemable for goods + services with TerraLynne at The Babe Cave in Winnipeg, MB. Non-refundable. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Unredeemed value will remain on the eGift card. The Babe Cave is not responsible for lost or stolen eGift cards. eGift card is not a credit card, therefore cannot be used as payment of appointment deposit. Deposit will be refunded to your credit card at the time of your appointment, upon payment with this eGift card. Appointment necessary for services. Some services require deposit. Deposit payable by credit card only at time of booking.

CLIENT INFO + PRIVACY. Your privacy is very important to us. We collect your personal information such as your name, email and telephone number in order to create an easy client booking database and to keep you informed about any new and exciting changes. We will never bombard your email with junk, nor will we disclose your personal information to any third party.
